Can I extend or switch packages?
Yes. There is no subscription, so you choose a package for each job. A Pour Package can be extended for another 14 days and a Monthly Package for another 30 days, at the package price and with new probes included. For several sites or longer contracts, ask us about Enterprise.
Is hardware included in the price?
Yes. Each package includes the rental of one SHM360-Node and the SHM360-Probes listed on its card. Probes stay in the concrete and are not returned. The Node is returned at the end of the rental: by Day 15 for the Pour Package and by Day 31 for the Monthly Package. A Node that is not returned is charged at AED 890. Enterprise customers can also buy Nodes outright. For hardware pricing outside the UAE, KSA, please contact us.
Do I need to sign a contract before I can start using SHM360?
Yes, a contract is required. All customers must sign an agreement—please refer to our Terms of Service for details.
